Blood Pressure UK are a charity dedicated to lowering the UK's blood pressure to prevent stroke and heart disease.
They want everyone to know their blood pressure numbers in the same way they know their height or weight.

You can get yourself a home test kit from your local pharmacy, online shops and many supermarkets. Find out more about this on the Blood Pressure UK website.
The website also has lots of information about how to lower your blood pressure and why this is so important for good health.
