How to Join LEGS

You can refer yourself to LEGS, or refer somebody else. ​​​Once we have your details, we will contact you to arrange an assessment and invite you to join one or more of our groups.

Why Join Us?

  • Our exercise classes are friendly and welcoming.

  • Our studios have level access and a bar for supported exercises.

  • We have all the equipment you need. Just bring a bottle of water and a pair of socks or indoor shoes.

  • We will give you an assessment prior to your first session.  

    • As a participant of LEGS, you have access to our Members' Pages which includes; advice, video resources and a forum to chat with other members.
