Family & Carers Group

We have a group dedicated to our participants' carers, partners or family members.
 

It's important to support yourself when you are supporting somebody else but how do you juggle this with everything you have to do? Through this group you can connect with us who share this experience.

 

We organise informal get togethers, over Zoom every few months. We have a chat and do something restorative for ourselves like a Pilates or a Tai Chi class. It's a relaxed and welcoming group, full of friendly faces. Please join us! 

LEGS is a friendly place where your peers will warmly celebrate those impressive minuscule physical achievements with you and encourage you to do more.

 

I am talking about those tiny imperceptible bits of progress which are so important to us which look invisible to the rest of the world!
