Exercise Classes for neurological conditions

Our exercise classes are designed specifically for people recovering from a stroke or brain injury or living with a neurological condition such as Parkinson’s, MS, or cerebral palsy.

Every class is run by a specialist neurological physiotherapist. The classes are safe, friendly, and open to a range of ability levels — from seated classes, (Start) supported standing classes (Rise), specific arm rehab classes (Reach) to higher intensity groups (Extra & PD Fit).

Classes are hosted in blocks of 11 weeks. This gives you time to build strength, improve your confidence and importantly work at your own pace on your goals.

You can join our classes in-person across London or online on Zoom from anywhere in the UK.

“I'm stronger and I definitely have more movement. The whole charity is amazing… The fact I am in Scotland but can have this specialist input is amazing.”
