Studio sessions are not currently running due to the restrictions in place as a result of the COVID-19 outbreak. We hope to be back very soon. In the meantime, we are running our regular classes using Zoom (scroll down for more information).
Our studio classes run every Monday and Tuesday afternoon in our Notting Hill Studio.

Sessions include a group discussion and an hour of exercising. This includes a warm up, break and cool down.
We take three breaks during the year at Easter, in the summer and at Christmas. Click here for the full timetable of dates.
We use Zoom US for our web based sessions which are called LEGS Home.
Before joining our LEGS Home classes we will require you to complete a Consent Form.
